Floors by Aldaba began with a passion for the flooring trade that has been passed down through generations. 

Founder Jorge Aldaba, started learning flooring installation alongside his father, Martin, at just 15 years old. What began as hands-on experience installing carpet grew into years of knowledge across carpet, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, repairs, and complete flooring installations. 

Today, Jorge and his wife, Valerie, proudly operate Floors by Aldaba as a family-owned Las Vegas flooring company. While Jorge brings his years of installation expertise directly to our customers and projects, Valerie oversees the day-to-day operations and customer experience. 

Our team includes family members and experience flooring professionals who share one goal: to provide quality workmanship, dependable service, and flooring solutions customers can feel confident about.
